New Jerusalem Cemetery (aka New Swift Creek) is an African-American cemetery and is located at 10114 SE 154th Ave., White Springs, Florida. Hamilton County Property Appraiser Parcel 1726-000 in Section 34 Twp 1S Range 15E; (Lat. N30.2144 Long. W82.4758); owner of record New Jerusalem Baptist Church.
From I-75 at Jasper, Florida, take Exit 451 onto US 129 North and travel 2.5 miles to Junction US 129 and US 41. Turn right onto US 41 South travel 11.6 miles and turn right onto SE 154th Avenue and travel 4/10 mile, the cemetery will be on the left.
