Mt. Pleasant Cemetery is an African American Cemetery 7.990 acres in size located at 7505 CR 158 SW in rural Hamilton County, Florida. Hamilton County Property Appraiser Parcel 3076-010 in Section 31 Twp 1N Range 13E. The owner of record is America A. McCloud, etal. The Mt. Pleasant Church is at 7596 158 CR SW.
To get to the cemetery, From I-75 at Jasper, take Exit 451 onto US 129 South and travel 9/10 of a mile, and turn right onto CR 158. Travel 1.8 miles, the cemetery will be on the left.
Mt. Pleasant Cemetery was first published by Winnie Smith Hodges in Cemeteries of Hamilton County in 1991. Mt. Pleasant was re-surveyed and photographed by Lesleigh Laite Butts on January 12, 2007.
