Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery

Jasper, Florida

Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery is southeast of Jasper, Florida in rural Hamilton County. In the book Cemeteries of Hamilton County it is listed at Section 24 Twp 2N Range 13 E. However, according to Hamilton County Property Appraiser Friendship Baptist Church is located at 13158 CR 137 SE on Parcel 2277-010 in Sect 24 Twp 1N Range 14E (no reference to cemetery on parcel however cemetery is behind church).

From Exit 451 on I-75 take US 129 North and travel 2.5 miles to Junction US 129/US 41 turn onto US 41 South and travel 1.9 miles to CR 137. Turn left onto County Road 137 (Friendship Baptist Church directional sign will be on the right), travel 2 miles the church will be on the left. The cemetery is behind the church inside chain link fence enclosure.

Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery was first published by Winnie Smith Hodges in Cemeteries of Hamilton County in 1991. The cemetery was re-surveyed and photographed by Lesleigh Laite Butts January 28, 2006.
