We watched you, as a little guy, grow, everything was so difficult, but you did it all. You accomplished so very much in your life and we were always so proud. You did become a man and you were very strong in all your worldly tasks, even many times we know it was so hard to do. You had so many fun times with your friends and you loved it all.
Those we love, someday pass beyond our present sight ... Must leave us and the world we know without their radiant light. But we know that like a candle their lovely light will shine, to bright up another place more perfect ... more divine.
And in the realm of Heaven, where they shine so warm and bright, our loved ones live forevermore in God's eternal light.
We know that you were suffering. We know that you were in pain. We know that you would never get well on earth again. So God closed your weary eyelids and whispered, "Peace Be Thine."
You will be missed, Lloyd, by your family and so many, many others, but you didn't go alone. For part of all of us went with you, Today when God called you home.

Although not entirely unexpected at any time for months past, the news received here Tuesday night that James Mulvey had passed away at Butternut Lake at 6:30 o'clock on the evening of that day came as a sad blow to his mother, brother and sister, and to his many warm friends in Loyal and vicinity.
Jim, as he was familiarly known to evrbody here, had spent several weeks at Butternut Lake earlier in the season, and he was so delighted with the place and had seemed to enjoy himself so well that a few days ago he and Ed Fahey had gone up again.
Tuesday evening Jim was out on the lake fishing, only three or four rods, while Ed was on shore getting supper. At that time Jim said he was not feeling well and Ed went to him at once. As he reached the boat Jim said goodby to him, evidently realizing that he had reached the end. He was taken to the shore and laid down where he passed peacefully away within five or six minutes of the time of calling Ed. A hemorrhage of the lungs was the immediate cause of his death.
James P. Mulvey, the subject of this article, was born at Hingham, Sheboygan county, Wis., on January 31, 1876, whre he resided with his parents the first seven years of his life, coming to Loyal with the family eighteen years ago where he had since remained except while away at school and one year spent in Arizona for his health.
He was a graduate of the School of Pharmacy of the Northwestern university at Evanston, Ill., and has had a position in H. S. Mulvey's drug store since his graduation. He had many friends who admired him for his genial, pleasant ways and his manliness on all occasions. As he appeared to you today, so you would find him next week or next year. In his death his friends lose a pleasant companion, a staunch friend, an upright man, and his death will be universally regretted.
He had been an invalid for more than four years, but was a patient sufferer, no complaint ever having escaped him.
There remain surviving him, his mother, one brother, H. S., and one sister, Mrs. A. A. Graves all residents of this village.--Loyal Chroncile.

As though prepared for a good night's rest and with as little pain or care, Gottlob Ertman Meinholdt passed away just at noon Saturday, July 9, at the homestead farm about four miles west and south of Greenwood. Asthma, from which deceased had suffered for the past four years or more, was the cause.
This had been growing worse during the past few weeks, but it was only a week before his death that Mr. Meinholdt had driven to Loyal to consult a doctor. His son had just finished giving him a bath and a change of clothes--the patient helping himself largely in this--and laid back in bed remarking how nice it felt, when death came unannounced and without a pain.
Deceased was born in Saxony, Germany, Dec. 13, 1828, where he learned the cooper trade which he followed until coming to Clark county. In the early fifties he married, and from the union four children survive, these being Theodore, who owns the home where his father died, Mrs. Millie Horner, who lives in the town of Beaver, Gustav, who lives with his brother west of town and Miss Emma, who is in Duluth, but who was unable to be present at the funeral.
In 1868 Mr. Meinholdt and family came to the the United States, spending the first ten years at Franklin, Sheboygan county. From there they moved to Clark county, settling in what was then a dense woods, but now a splendid farming section. His wife died about two years ago at West Salem.
The funeral occurred from the home and Emanuel Reformed church at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, interment being made beside his wife in the church cemetery.

Ends His Life After Body Of Wife Is Found
Salisbury, March 14 {AP} - A well-to-do-dairy owner's secret double life ended dramatically today in murder of one wife and his suicide at the home of another.
With police at the door, Russell C. Moore, 48, shot himself to death in the cellar of a home he maintained at Collingswood, N.J.
Just four hours before the body of Marjorie Mae Mahnke Moore, 29, was found in a home he had in Salisbury, on Maryland's Eastern Shore 110 miles south of Collingswood.
She had been dead about a week. Signs showed Moore probably had lived in the four-room bungalow after her death until his disappearance yesterday.
Even while Moore was going to his big Collingswood home with their four year old daughter, Marilyn, his New Jersey wife, Laura, came to Salisbury looking for him. Laura was the mother of his five other children, one boy and four girls.
Police Chief William Beck was at the Collingswood door when he heard a shot. The door opened. There stood Marilyn, saying:
"Daddy shot himself, He's in the cellar."
Chief Beck said Moore had left a note to wife Laura stating in part:
"I'm sorry about what I did. I don't remember about the killing. I was drunk and she was telling me I would have to do better than the $10 a week I was giving her or the whole world would know. I have never been happy since I left you five years ago."
Moore came to Salisbury in 1944 to buy the Homestead Dairy Products Co. Before that he had been manager of the Philadelphia plants of a large dairy.
About the time Moore came to Salisbury, Marjorie Mahnke quit her job in a Pennsylvania Railroad ticket office at Philadelphia. She came to Salisbury and set up housekeeping with Moore. She was a native of Sheboygan, Wis., where the body will be returned for burial.
Moore's note directed that Marilyn be sent to her grandparents in Sheboygan.
The dairyman left a detailed financial accounting for his widow. It included a report that his business netted $18,000 in 1949 and he had $80,000 invested in it

Pioneer Daughter Called
Mrs. Fritz Muth, 75, recently died on a big farm near Columbus, Kan., which her husband owned and operated up to the time of his death, several years ago. Both Mr. and Mrs. Muth were members of pioneer families here, the Muths and the Weimars, Mr. Muth was a brother of Dr. Carl Muth and Henry Muth, both deceased, and Mrs. Muth was a sister of Henry Weimar, still living at the old homestead at 931 New York avenue, here.
Mrs. Muth's maiden name was Fannie Weimar. She and Fritz Muth were married here about forty years ago, and then settled down on their Kansas farm to live out their useful lives there, to be succeeded by their only son, Max, who now operates the farm. One surviving sister of Mrs. Muth, Mrs. Julia Ziegler, resides in Milwaukee.
Mrs. Muth is well remembered by those of her friends and acquaintances who are still in the flesh. She and her three sisters, Mrs. Ziegler, Mrs. Anton Gutsch and Mrs. August Kornreich, numbered with the "belles" of their time, and the Weimar home was frequently the scene of lively pleasant social parties, and Fanny was one of the most vivacious of all present at these gatherings, and no ball or other social function was quite complete without the presences of the Weimar quartet.
