MISS MURRAY OF MITCHELL WEDDED TO PARK FALLS MAN (1923)
On last Wednesday, Miss Margaret Murray, daughter
of Mrs. Sarah Murray of the town of Mitchell, was
married to Richard Henkel of Park Falls, Wis., at
St. Michael's church in Mitchell, Rev. Father Regan
of Cascade officiating.
Witnesses were Miss Bessie Murray and Benno
Murray, sister and brother of the bride.
A reception was given at the home of the bride for
immediate relatives.
After the wedding the young couple started for Chicago,
where they will be until Friday, on which day they will leave
for their new home at White Pigeon, in southern Michigan,
where the groom is employed as a surveyor.
The bride is a graduate of the Plymouth High school,
having graduated with the class of 1914. Since then
she has for five years been a teacher in the Park Falls
High School, (where) she met the groom. (Article cut off.)
