MARRIED - At St. Mary's church in Cascade on Wednesday, May 4th was solemnized the marriage of Michael P. Hanahan and Miss Mabel Hoy, only child of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hoy. The bride was attended by Miss Anna Lavey of Cascade while Jim Hanahan of Green Bay brother of the groom was best man. The bride was gowned in an opal blue Egyptian satin, handsomely trimmed with hand embroidered net to match, wore a picture hat of white lace straw, trimmed in blue to match the gown and carried white carnations, while the bridesmaid was gowned in a beautiful pearl gray messaline with hat to match and carried red carnations. The groom and groomsman wore the customary black. The marriage ceremony was performed by Rev. Fisher of Cascade. After the ceremony the bridal party repaired to the home of the bride's parents, where a sumptuous dinner was waiting which was done ample justice by a large concourse of friends and relatives. May happiness and prosperity attend the young couple on their journey through life is the wish of the REPORTER and many friends.
