Salem United Church of Christ, Plymouth, was the setting on Sat. Sept. 12, for the marriage of Julie D. Sundee and
Brian Sippel. The Rev. Lowell Ferguson officiated at the 2 p.m. double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Sundee, 319 Smith St., Plymouth, and her father presented her in
marriage to the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Sippel, 601 Milwaukee Ave., Cascade.
Music for the nuptials was provided by Charles Tiede, pianist, and Vicki Schultz, Larry Baldock and Pat Knier,
soloists.
Tori Welchart, Cascade, served as her friend’s maid of honor. Bridesmaids were two friends, Vicki Schultz,
Sheboygan and Christine Hellmer, Plymouth; Sherry Sippel, Cascade, sister of the bridegroom, and Jodi Sundee,
Plymouth, sister of the bride.
Duane Sippel, Cascade, was chosen as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Kevin Sippel, Cascade, brother of the
bridegroom; and three friends, Michael Zimmermann, Plymouth; and Duane Leraaen and Kenneth Thelen, both of
Cascade.
Gary Thede, and Richard Sippel, both of Plymouth, shared ushering duties.
A reception and dinner for 300 guests was held at Cedar Lake Resort, Kiel.
Both are graduates of Plymouth High School. The new Mrs. Sippel is employed as a teller for United Savings and
Loan, and her husband works for Curt G. Joa, Inc., in the machine shop.
A honeymoon trip is planned for a later date. The newlyweds are residing at 823 Anne Ct., Plymouth.
