This Marriage was contributed by: Kay

A pretty wedding was solemnized at the Catholic church at Parnell on Thanksgiving Day when Miss Lucille Maas, who lives near that place, and Bernard Brost of this city, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony. Rev. Father Regan read the impressive nuptial service.

The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Olive Maas, who served as maid of honor, while Miss Stella Brost and Miss Bessie Murray were the bridesmaids. Alex Brost, a brother, acted as best man for the groom, while another brother, Wilbur Brost and Albert Maas, were the groomsmen.

Following the nuptial service, a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's mother, the house being very prettily decorated for the occasion. Later the couple left on a wedding trip to Milwaukee, Chicago and other places, returning from which they will take up their residence in this city.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Mary Maas, who lives near Parnell and is a young woman of pleasing charm and grace who has a wide circle of friends in the community. Mr. Brost, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Brost of this city, is well-known here having been identified with the State Bank of Plymouth (Sheboygan county) for a number of years. He is a likable sort of fellow who has many friends in local business and social circles who will doubtless join in wishing the couple every happiness in their wedded life. (1921)
