Miss Klein Is Bride Wednesday At Church Here

Candles illuminated the First Christian Reformed church for the 7 o'clock service there Wednesday evening in which Miss Helen Klein became the bride of Julius Van Der Weele, son of Mr. and Mrs. Quentin Van Der Weele, 1513 Martin Avenue. The Rev. E.B. Pekelder performed the nuptial ceremony.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Klein, route 1, Waldo, was given in marriage by her father. Miss Marjorie Van Der Weele, sister of the bridegroom was in maid of honor role, with Mrs. Leonard Rusch and Miss Mabel Butzen forming the bridesmaids' duo.

Marvin Klein, the bride's brother, served the bridegroom as best man, and John Van Der Weele and Wesley Van Der Weele, cousins of the bridegroom, acted as groomsmen. Guests were ushered by Art Borsse and Vernon Klein, the latter a brother of the bride.

Mrs. John Leys presented two selections, "O Perfect Love" and "The Lord's Prayer," while her husband accompanied her at the organ.

Later in the evening a reception was held at Croatian hall for 130 guests.

Following their trip through northern Wisconsin and Michigan, the couple will be at home at 629 1/2 N. Fourth street.
