Kircherer - Karpinen

Miss Mildred Kircherer, daughter of Mrs. Emelia Kircherer, 1023 N. Eighth street, and John Karpinen, of Hancock, Michigan, were united in marriage Monday evening at 7:30 o'clock at the Congregational church parsonage, the Rev. M. R. Brandt performing the ceremony.

Miss Kircherer was attired in a brown canton crepe dress and carried a corsage bouquet of roses and forget-me-nots. She was attended by her sister, Miss Rose Kircherer, who wore a black canton crepe gown and carried a corsage bouquet of roses. Edwin Hayner attended the groom as best man.

After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride and a wedding luncheon served to the immediate relatives.

Miss Kircherer has been employed at the H.C. Prange company store for the past few years and Mr. Karpinen is engaged as electrician at the Vollrath company. They will make their home at present with the bride's mother on N. Eighth street.
