Miss Betty Heberer Is Bride of Harold Jones

A white satin gown was worn by a Saturday bride, Miss Betty Heberer, who exchanged vows with Harold E. Jones at Salem Evangelical and Reformed Church, Plymouth. The Rev. Harold Ley read the afternoon service at 3:30 o'clock.

Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Norman Heberer, R. 1, Plymouth. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Jones, R. 1, Soldiers Grove.

Details of the bridal gown were a round nylon neckline with lace trim, long pointed sleeves, white satin trim and lace forming an apron effect on the skirt. The fingertip veil of French imported net was secured to a lace crown trimmed with pearls. The bride held a bouquet of white roses and lilies-of-the-valley in a fan shape.

Matron of honor for the ceremony was Mrs. Arno Rabe, whose waltz-length gown was in a coral shade, styled of satin and net. Velvet flowers trimmed her headpiece and coral mitts completed her ensemble. Pale pink roses formed her fan-shaped bouquet.

Two bridesmaids were Miss Joan Popp and Miss Carol Sass, relatives of the bride. The former wore a gold gown and held a bouquet of deep pink roses and Miss Sass was attired in a mint green gown and carried a bouquet of deep red flowers. The flower girl, Candy Yinko, wore a white satin dress like the bridal gown, had a headpiece with net trim and white velvet flowers and held a fan-shaped bouquet of white roses. Donald Kleinhaus, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer and carried them on a white satin heart-shaped pillow.Duties of best man were assumed by Arno Rabe. The groomsmen were Robert Heberer, brother of the bride, and Melvin Bauer. Guests were shown to seats by Willard Kleinhans.

Roger Longrie was soloist for the ceremony and sang "The Lord's Prayer" and "O Perfect Love" with Mrs. Elsie Stransky as organist. Palms and white floral bouquets decorated the altar for the candellight ceremony.

A reception was held in the church basement and supper was served to 100 guests, including some from Soldiers Grove and Ferryville.

Both persons are employed by Bemis Manufacturing Co. Sheboygan Falls. The bride attended Plymouth High School.
