A PRETTY WEDDING

A very pretty wedding took place at St. Michael's Catholic church, Tuesday morning, February 12, when Josephine, youngest daughter of Mrs. M. Butler became the wife of Matt Flood of Eden, Wis.

The bride wore a beautiful gown of cream silk crepe over cream silk, and a white picture hat and carried a large bouquet of bridal roses. Miss Mollie Browne, cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid and wore a gown of cream voil and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations.

Edward Butler, of Chicago, brother of the bride was the best man. Margaret Murray, little niece of the bride and Harold Ryan nephew of the groom accompanied the couple to the altar, each carrying a bank of pink and white carnations interwoven with ferns and smilax. Immediately after the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Flood, with about fifty relatives and friends, returned to the home of the bride's mother, Mr. A. Butler, where a delicious wedding breakfast was served.

After spending a very pleasant day, the happy couple departed for Minneapolis, St. Paul and Duluth, on a wedding trip, while the guests, reluctantly wended their way homeward.

Both young people are well and favorably known here, the bride residing here since childhood, is one of Mitchell's most estimable and accomplished young ladies, while the groom is one of Eden's prosperous young men, who is known as a man of sterling habits and qualities.

Mr. and Mrs. Flood will be at home at Eden, to their many friends after March 12, 1907. May they enjoy a long and happy life is the wish of their numerous friends.
