Miss Leona Witthuhn Weds Reinhold Fenner On Saturday

Fall flowers transformed St. John's Evangelical church into an attractive setting for the wedding of Miss Leona Witthuhn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Witthuhn, 1532 John's court, and Reinhold Fenner, son of Mr. and Mrs. August Fenner, Sheboygan Falls route 1, which took place Saturday at 2 p.m.

For the nuptial service, which was read by the Rev. E.R. Krueger, Miss Ruth Wellhoefer sang "I Love You Truly," and "Blest Be The Tie That Binds." Miss Doris Zehms, organist, played the Lohengrin wedding march.

The bride wore a gown of white transparent velvet and a veil trimmed with lace. She carried an all-white bouquet of roses, pompons and tazalias.

Miss Loretta Popp, as maid of honor, was gowned in peach taffeta and a bridesmaid, Mrs. Hubert Van Engen, sister of the bridegroom, wore green taffeta. Both attendants carried bouquets of asters, roses and tazalias.

The bridegroom was attended by Walter Witthuhn, brother of the bride and Hubert Van Engen.

After the service, a reception and a 6 o'clock dinner were held at the bride's home where decorations were in pink, green and white and fall flowers. John Viehl and son, Donald, of Milwaukee were out-of-town guests.

The bride and bridegroom left Sunday afternoon on a honeymoon in northern Wisconsin and upper Michigan. After two weeks they will be at home on the bridegroom's farm at Sheboygan Falls, route 1.
