This Marriage was contributed by: Kay

The marriage of Edward L. Flynn and Miss Ella Piper was solemnized Saturday afternoon, January 26, at 1:30 o'clock, at the parsonage, Rev. Father Burke saying the words that made them one for life. John and Miss Bridgie Flynn, brother and sister of the groom were the attendants. The wedding was a very quiet affair, not even some of their most intimate friends being informed.

The bride is a handsome young lady and an accomplished dressmaker, while the groom never appeared to better advantage in his life. The groom is a son of Mrs. L. Flynn, formerly of Mitchell but now of Cascade, and the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Piper of Cascade.

After the ceremony and congratulations the couple left for Waldo to take the train for Milwaukee, their future home. Mr. and Mrs. Flynn have the cordial good will of the community.
