Miss Verona Hahn Becomes Bride On Christmas Eve (sic)
On Christmas Day at 2:30 p.m., Miss Verona Hahn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hahn, Sheboygan Falls, route 2, exchanged
marriage vows with Albert Putz, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Putz, 430 Adams street, Sheboygan Falls. The ceremony was
performed at the home of the bride's parents by the Rev. H.G. Schmid of Plymouth. At the service, the wedding march was
played by Mrs. Frank [Anna] Fenner and Miss Dorothy Fenner [bride's cousin] sang, "I Love You Truly."
The bride wore a gown of white transparent velvet and a veil designed in cap style. Her flowers were white roses, white
chrysanthemums and babybreath.
Miss Dorothy Blust, attending as maid of honor, wore a gown of black transparent velvet, and Miss Ruth Fenner [bride's
cousin], the bridesmaid, was attired in blue transparent velvet. Both attendants carried bouquets of pink roses and
carnations.
The bridegroom was attended by Edgar Putz [groom's brother] as best man and by Victor Hahn [bride's brother] as the
groomsman.
At 6 o"clock a wedding dinner was served at the Hahn home where decorations were in pink and white with silver bells.
Guests included Mr. and Mrs. John Kuhn and Mr. and Mrs. Willard Suhrke of Plymouth.
Mr. Hahn and his bride are on a short honeymoon trip and plan to be settled in their newly-built home on Michigan street,
Sheboygan Falls, after January 1.
