Miss Virginia Lee Fenner was the bride and Emil Stauber, the bridegroom, Saturday afternoon in a 2:30 o'clock wedding rite performed by the Rev. Adolph Diemer at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Sheboygan Falls.

Two bouquets of white carnations and snowball pompons adorned the altar for the occasion. Music for the ceremony was furnished by Miss Nancy Lemkuil and selections heard included wedding marches by Wagner and Mendelssohn. Mrs. Vernon Hamann presented vocal renditions of "Wedding Prayer" and "The Lord's Prayer."

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reinhold Fenner, R. 1, Sheboygan Falls, and she was presented in marriage by her father.

When she appeared, the former Miss Fenner wore a gown of organza and Chantilly lace with a fitted basque and long, tapering lace sleeves. The neckline was embellished with pearls and sequins and the long belled skirt featured a redingote front and a detachable, four-tiered Watteau train, which was bordered with lace. A handrolled, scalloped and pearl trimmed silk illusion veil fell from a double bow and a large forward flower of lace petals, small pearls and aurora borealis. The bridal bouquet was a cascade arrangement of white glamellias accented with leaves and fern.

Mrs. Marvin Archer, Sheboygan, attended her sister as matron of honor, and the bridesmaids were a cousin, Miss Sandra Witthuhn, Miss Geraldine Tewelis, and Mrs. Robert Mieves, a sister of the bridegroom.

All the attendants were gowned in chiffon and taffeta dresses. The turquoise-colored ensembles were made with fitted, princess-style bodices, three-quarter sleeves and Sabrina necklines. Other details included long A-line skirts and tucked Watteau panels that extended from neckline bows.

Headpieces were matching forward hats of braid flowers and petals adorned with pearls to which brief veiling was attached. Cascading bouquets of peppermint carnations and Red Escort roses with English ivy foliage complemented the apparel of the attendants.

Those who served the bridegroom were Marvin Archer, Sheboygan, the bride's brother-in-law who was best man, and Robert Meives, Sheboygan, a brother-in-law of the bridegroom, the bride's brother, Gerald Fenner, and her cousin, Norman Fenner. When guests arrived at the church, they were escorted to seats by the bride's cousin, David Fenner, and Terrance Held, Sheboygan.

Laack's Hall in Johnsonville was the scene of a reception and dance for 350 relatives and friends.

When they return from a wedding trip around Lakes Michigan and Superior, the newlyweds will make their home at 127 Selma St., Plymouth.

The bride is a graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School, Class of 1961. She works as a laboratory technician for Borden Foods Co., Plymouth. Mr. Stauber attended Central High School and is an employee of Leather Products Co. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stauber Sr., R. 2, Sheboygan.
