PRETTY WEDDING AT ST. MARY'S CHURCH

KELLEY - DWYRE

A very pretty church wedding took place at St. Mary's Catholic church in Cascade at 10 o'clock on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1914. The contracting parties were Miss Frances Kelley of Cascade and William E. Dwyre of Mitchell. A great many people gathered at the church to witness the linking together of loving hearts. The ceremony was beautifully performed by Rev. Hoog. At 10 o'clock sharp Miss Irene Reilly of Green Bay took her place at the organ and played the wedding march. The bride and groom were attended by her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. E. Gunn, and Miss Evelyn as flower girl. The bride carried a bridal bouquet of white (?) and white roses.

Following the ceremony congratulations and best wishes of friends were indulged in after which the bridal party and relatives and intimate friends repaired to the pleasant home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kelley of this village where the day was spent very pleasantly in conversation and eating a fine wedding dinner.

The bride is a young lady of most charming characteristics prominent in social, church and domestic circles and one of Sheboygan county(sic) accomplished school teachers. Mr. Dwyre is a prosperous young farmer of Mitchell and can feel assured that he could have sought in vain for a helpmate of more womanly qualities than the one of his choice.

The happy couple will take a short bridal trip visiting friends in Chicago and other noted places before returning to their home. Congratulations will be showered upon them in abundance and the best wishes of all are for a life of joy and happiness.
