The marriage of Miss Helen Gartmann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gartmann of this city, to Mr. Jack Van de Loo, son of Mrs. Mary Van de Loo of Sheboygan Falls, was solemnized at the Holy Name church at 8:30 o'clock Wednesday morning, February 14, the Rev. D. T. Thill performing the ceremony.

The bride was attired in a pretty dress of white embroidered crepe, and carried a shower bouquet of carnations and roses. She was attended by her sister, Marie Gartmann as maid of honor, and Miss Agnes Van de Loo sister of the groom acted as bridesmaid. They wore a corsage of sweetpeas and tea roses. August Van de Loo, brother of the groom and Frank Gartmann brother of the bride attended the groom.

Following the marriage ceremony the bridal party repaired to the home of the bride where a reception was held for immediate relatives only. Their many friends extend their hearty congratulations for the future happiness of the young couple.
