The ceremony was followed by a reception at the home of the bride's father and about sixty guests sat down to a fine wedding dinner. In the evening the guests increased to about 200 and spent a most enjoyable time in dancing to the music of the sweet violin till an early hour in the morning. The presents were costly and numerous. Both Mr. and Mrs. Skelton have (a) host of friends who wish them unalloyed happiness in their new relation and prosperity through life.
