Rainbow Wedding Was Solemnized Monday Morning

Miss Sophia Mihm, daughter of Albert Mihm, 1225 Michigan avenue and Walter Gartman, son of F.W. Gartman, 1010 N. Ninth street, were united in marriage Monday morning in the Holy Name church. The Rev. D.F. Thill performed the ceremony.

It was a very pretty wedding arranged in the rainbow colors. The bride wore a gown of white satin. She was attended by Miss Hildegarde Steffes, as bridesmaid. She wore a dress of blue satin and hat to match. The two little flower girls were Isabel Mihm and Germain Steffes. One wore a pretty frock of lavender crepe de chine and the other of pale green crepe de chine. The little ring bearer, Rudolph Mihm wore a suit of white. Albert Mihm, Jr., was the best man.

After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's father. Decorations were carried out in pink and white, with bouquets of tea roses and asters much in evidence. Music was rendered by Miss Hildegarde Steffes and Louis Gartman, brother of the groom.
