Mrs. Hinze Wins

Mrs. Emily HINZE was granted a divorce yesterday by Judge KIRWAN in circuit court on her plea that August HINZE did not give her money for some time prior to their separation and that he has been guilty of cruelty. She alleged that when their daughter was 5 years of age the husband attempted to strike the little one with a rocker and that he had given her to understand that he had been criminally intimate with other women. The HINZE's have a boy 17 and a girl 16. They married October 1898.
