ALDRIDGE,
Iris Poff, 95, of Copper Hill, passed away Thursday, March 28,2002 at
Skyline Manor Nursing Home. Surviving are a daughter, Shelby Link of Copper
Hill; three grandchildren, Justin and Lesa Link of Floyd Andy and Laura
Link and Clay and Kathy Link of Copper Hill; four great-grandchildren,
Justin Link and Stephine Link of Copper Hill, Hayden Link and Nikki Link of
Floyd; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Hubert Harman of Check; many
nieces and nephews and a very special niece, Hilda Simpson Harmon. Funeral
services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Wood Funeral Home in Floyd with the Rev.
Dan Walker officiating. Interment will be in the Aldridge Family Cemetery
(next to the Old Copper Hill Methodist Church). The family will receive
friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Wood Funeral Home. The family wishes
to thank Dr. Kuiken and his staff and the staff
of the Skyline Manor Nursing Home for their care and kindness. Flowers are
appreciated or donations may be made to the Floyd Rescue Squad, Box 257.
