James Barnet Cole was buried there because at that time when he passed away, his wife and baby was in Ogden and couldnt transport the body to Ogden for burial so he was buried there with help by neighbors nearby. James "Barnet" Cole of vermont, was father of James Barnet Cole and established first sawmill of Box Elder, utah in Willard and my family records stated that he died and was buried near his sawmill in willard, box elder, utah. HATCH, JACOB: I am looking for descendants of Jacob Hatch. Jacob immigrated to Utah in 1848/1849, with his sons: Isaac Burres (1823-1853), Layton Jacob (1826-1853), William Henry (1828-1917), and Lewis (1832-1886). Jacob eventually settled in Payson, Utah and is buried in the Payson City Cemetery. He is buried in a beautiful spot overlooking the mountains east of Payson. Unfortunately, he does not have a headstone. The only headstone in the entire Hatch section is for one of his granddaughters. The face on the stone is so badly eroded that all thatbr /> can be read now are two words "loving" and "memory". I understand that a few years ago a third word "daughter" could be read. In a few more years, nothing will be left of the headstone. According to the sexton's records William Hatch purchased Block 23, Lot 26. The sexton indicated there was space for 10 graves, but some looked empty. The following graves have been identified: Lavina Jane Hatch, daughter of William H. Hatch, Sabra Ann Hatch, daughter of George Hatch, Sarah Eliza Hatch, daughter of William H. Hatch, 2 Hatches related to John Hatch, and Jacob Hatch who died 8 Jan 1876. The relative given for Jacob was John Hatch. I also have Jacob's line extended to John at Hecche born about 1393, probably in Kent County, England. Jacob needs a headstone. In January 1886, Niels Christian Nielsen (born in Bjerager, Arhus, Denmark - my great great uncle) married Mary Hansen (daughter of James and Inger Hansen born in West Valley, Morgan, Utah) and settled in Brigham City. Their son Otto was born 4 Sep 1886. Niels Christian Nielsen died 3 Nov 1887. Mary had another son, Norris Eugene, born 21 Jun 1888. The 1900 Census lists Mary and her boys still in Brigham City. Family tradition says she remarried and took the boys to Idaho after she remarried. I'm trying to find the name of her second husband and anything else about this family to figure out what happened to them. Can anyone help me?

Seeking descendants of David REES (LDS president of Ebbw Vale, Monmouthshire, Wales), who was born at Nantyglo, Monmouthshire in 1819. He married Mary Ann PHILLIPS at Bedwellty in 1839, and four children followed, namely Ellen, Susannah, Moroni, and Emily. I am a descendant of Ellen, who as wife of William ROPER, then of John MORGAN, remained in Wales (Rhondda/Pontypridd), when the rest of her family emigrated. David REES disappeared, and may have died in Pennsylvania in ABOUT 1876. His wife Mary Ann married John Duggan GIBBS at Salt Lake endowment house in 1869, and was buried at Portage, Utah in 1886. Moroni Rees (1848-1931) (a poet and pioneer) lived at Cherry Creek, Idaho, but died in Salt Lake and is buried at Ogden. His sister Susannah drowned aged 7 in Wales and never emigrated. Emily, the youngest sister of Moroni and Ellen, emigrated and lived in Utah, where she married Wil. T. Jones. I am seeking online descendants of above, also of David REES's brother Thomas REES(E) of Provo, who married Hagar PUGH, and their brother ISAAC Further information in North East Pennsylvania Genealogical Society Journal, Fall 1996.

Her parents were Michael Ericksen and Marie or Mary Elizabeth Anderson. They divorced after the birth of their daughter Vivian Elizabeth Shutler, who was born in Butte Montana in 1896.
