Regiment of Texas Infantry, born in Port Lavaca in the State of
Texas, aged 12 years, 4 feet, 8 inches high, Light complexion, Brown
eyes, auburn hair, and by occupation a ------- was enlisted by Capt.
James Selkirk at Saline Arkansas on the 11 day of August 1862 to
serve for the war and is now entitled to discharge by reason of
being a minor, and unfit for field service. The said Wiley P. Savory
was last paid by ____ to include the 10th day of August

due him clothing allowance from enlistment until the
