WELCOME!  The Woman’s Club of Collegeport invite you and your family or guest to celebrate the 98th Anniversary of the founding of Collegeport.  The annual homecoming will be held at the Mopac House on Saturday, May 27, 2006.  Dinner will be served at 12:00 Noon.  Please bring a side dish, salad, or dessert to compliment barbecued beef.  Please use the parking area behind the building if able.  Help celebrate our heritage and continue this community tradition. We’re expecting YOU!

THE MOPAC HOUSE FOUNDATION is pursuing a community development grant to help fund repairs to the Mopac House.  The initial phase of the project will include repairs to the foundation and floor of the community center.  Bids are being taken for the repair work at this time, and the grant application process is in the works.  This grant requires matching funds on our part, and the Mopac House Foundation has authorized a fund-raising effort for this portion of the grant.  In-kind services are also considered as value in the match.  If you wish to participate in this project, please send your checks to:  Mopac House Foundation
