Thomas Monroe Tullis worked
for many years for the railroad, laying tracks. This
photo from 1916 was taken in Blessing, Texas, and is
identified as “Section 21, Tom Tullis Foreman.”
Tullis is in the front of this photo, near the
center, wearing light-colored clothes with his
jacket buttoned near the top.
