D.M. Ramsey, an aged colored resident of Denison who has been here many years, died yesterday at his home on W. Walker street. Ramsey was a well known character in Denison. He was well liked by the White people as well as the colored. He was faithful and industrious and was held in esteem by all who knew him.
The funeral services were held this afternoon and the interment was at Oakwood Cemetery.
