Thursday, July 17, 1952 pg. 1 Wilcie Andrew Fletcher died July 9 at the home of his son in Quitman, Texas. He was born at Desert, south of Whitewright. August 27, 1887, the son of the late John and Millie Carter Fletcher. Funeral services were conducted Friday at Cross Roads Presbyterian Church at Desert. Survivors are his wife; two sons, Wilton Fletcher of Quitman and John Fletcher of Dallas; one sister, Mrs. W.A. Akridge of Desert; one granddaughter, Carter Jane Fletcher of Quitman; and three nieces, Mrs. Roscoe Pace of Denison; Mrs. Paul Cook of Whitewright; and Mrs. Jeff Wooldridge of Rockwall.
