Thursday, September 1, 1932 pg.1 William M. Ingram, 84, pioneer of Nobility community, south of Whitewright, died Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. after a long illness. He had lived in and near that community for the past 65 years. Surviving are 8 of 10 children born to Mr. Ingram and his wife, the latter having died several years ago: Mr. G.L. Thompson; B.M., Ed, Clarence, R.C., and Miss Ella Ingram, all of Nobility; V.E. Ingram, Anna; and Mrs. W.M. Cox, Whitewright. Twenty-four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. from the Crossroads Presbyterian Church, conducted by Rev. J.A. Henderson of Pilot Grove. Pallbearers were grandchildren of the deceased.
