Thursday, October 8, 1953 pg.4 Funeral services were held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Crossroads Presbyterian Church for Roscoe C. Ingram, 59, who died Thursday at his apartment in Leonard. A resident of the Desert community in Collin County all his life, Ingram had made a temprary home at Leonard during his 2-month illness with a heart ailment. Connie Wilson of the Leonard Church of Christ and Rev. Howard Holland of the Leonard Presbyterian Church conducted the funeral. Ingram was born at Desert October 23, 1893 and was a farmer. Surviving are his wife, the former Doris May Wilson; a son, Ray Ingram, Desert; a step-daughter, Mrs. Pauline Collard; two sisters, Mrs. Cordie Cox, Whitewright and Miss Eula Ingram, McKinney; 2 brothers, Bert Ingram, Blue Ridge and Clarence Ingram, Tyler; and 3 grandchildren.
