Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Hamilton, 61, wife of R. L. Hamilton, died Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. P. R. Jenkins,
Bonham. Funeral services were held Saturday at Desert with burial in the Desert Cemetery.
She was born in Berryville, Arkansas, and came to Texas with her parents in 1897. She married Mr. Hamilton July 30, 1905, at Honey Grove.
Survivors are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Lorene Jones of Lane, Mrs. Andrew Bailey of Royse City and
Mrs. Jenkins; four sons, Wallace and Winifred Hamilton of Desert and Harold D. and Leo Hamilton with the Army in
Hawaii, and seven grandchildren.
