Harold D. Hamilton 1918 - 1976 The Bonham Favorite
Tuesday, December 28, 1976 pg. 2 Tom Bean - Harold D. Hamilton, 58, died in a Bonham hospital Monday morning. Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Earnheart Chapel in Whitewright with Rev. A.D. Robertson, minister of Dewey Avenue Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was in Cross Roads Cemetery. Born June 15, 1918, near Bonham, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Hamilton, he was a member of the Baptist Church. He was a former brick mason, and served in World War II. Survivors include two brothers, Wallace Hamilton of Sherman and W.R. Hamilton of Vernon; three sisters, Mrs. Lorene Jones of Fort Worth, Mrs. Louise Bailey of Royse City, and Mrs. Pina Mae Poff of Farmington, New Mexico.
