John Hunter Tucker of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021 at home.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Tucker, and father, Richard "Ricky" Tucker. He is survived by his brother, Rick Tucker and wife, Stacie, of Bells, Texas; sister, Traci Ross and husband, Jon, of Phoenix, Arizona; nephew, Hunter Tucker, and nieces, Hadlie Tucker, Hayden Tucker, Jessica Weedon, Jheri Ross; and his uncle, Frank Hunter, of Sherman, Texas. John spent his professional life in Banking and Credit Union Management and information systems. His lifelong passions were his 2 Scottish terriers, Angus and Missy, his love of travel, and his friendships with Bob Drowatzsky, John Escobedo and Ted Hampton who cared for him in his last days. A graveside service will be held in Sherman, Texas [sic] at a future date to be announced by the family.
