Shaw 20 January 1890 - 10 December 1969 Virgie Mae Shaw 26 May 1915 - 15 December 1999 Van Alstyne Leader Thursday, December 18, 1969 Services Are Held In Cannon Church For Collie [sic] T. Shaw Services were at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Cannon Methodist Church for Collie Thomas Shaw, 79, who died Wednesday at 3:12 p.m. in a Sherman hospital. He was born in Alabama January 20, 1890, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Shaw. He was a retired painter and a member of the Cannon Methodist Church. Burial was in the Cannon Cemetery under the direction of Flesher Funeral Home. Survivors are one daughter, Miss Virgie Mae Shaw, and one brother, B.T.
