The Wayne County Genealogical Society can no longer answer queries that take more than 30 minutes to research. If you do not need a personal answer, we will print your query in the "Wayne Ancestors" quarterly newsletter we publish. For a fee, we will do some indepth research that include, but are not limited to, the following:
If you would like our volunteer to perform research for you, our research fees are $15 per hour for members and $20 per hour for non members. Please fill out and send this Research Request Form along with your check to:
If you do need further research done, please check the names of local researchers who can continue your search. Photocopies remain at ten cents per page in addition to the research fee.
If you send a request to the Wayne County Library, please do not duplicate your request with us or vice versa. We use the same facilities to work on your requests.
