Sir I have a few lines from you setting forth the duties of dis_ clerk &c.
All the direction showed was Sec 74 Page 38 which was handed me in hand bill form which I followed to the letter
As to qualification you will recolect that I do not live in Concord & am not required to give bond in your Township if so you will inform me offitially & I will have to comply with the requirements of the Law.
As it regards the number of Schools of kept in this district I am unable to give correctly as I have not lived in this place but a short time & have no means of telling &c.
