Samuel Merrit HITT, who was devised lands, immediately took
possession after the death of Smith, receiving the profits thereof.
Archibald M. WAUGH has since died (before Dec 1829), leaving HITT
as surviving executor.
Christian ORNDORFF and Jacob HESS also died many years ago;
but, their heirs are scattered over the United States and the names
