Birth and death records are available from January 1875 for the City of Baltimore and August 1895 for the rest of Maryland. Theses are available for the Division of Vital Records
Marriage records  are available from June 1951 these are available from the Baltimore City Clerk.
Divorce Verification only available from January 1961 from the Baltimore City Clerk.
For genealogical research you must write to the Maryland State Archives.
