Three Applications for Absolute Divorce Asked and One Separation Granted.
Margaret T. Diggle (listed as Dingle in the page text), by Attorney J. L. McAllister, made application yesterday in Circuit Court No. 2 for absolute divorce from William A. Diggle, alleging abandonment. They were married February 1, 1900, in Washington, D.C., and separated August 23, 1901. They have one child, of whom the complainant asks the custody.
Lavinia A. Myers, by Attorney William H. Watson, made application in the Circuit Court for absolute divorce from George E. Myers, 1051 North Castle street, alleging abandonment. They were married December 3, 1890, and separated over three years ago. They have one child, of whom the complainant asks the custody.
Hattie St. John, by Attorney William H. Lawrence, made application in the Circuit Court for absolute divorce from George St. John on the ground of alleged abandonment and unfaithfulness. They were married March 7, 1902, and separated June 8, 1904.
An absolute divorce was yesterday granted to Mrs. Carrie Ruby, 702 Thirty-fifth street, Hampden, from E. Hays Ruby, as also the custody of their two minor children. They were married September 18, 1894, and lived together until December 9, 1899. Unfaithfulness was the cause for divorce.
