Will of William Zimmerman of Baltimore Co., Dated 10 April 1874, Proved 14 Sept 1892
In the name of God, Amen I, William Zimmerman of Baltimore County in the State of Maryland, being sick and weak in body but of sound disposing mind, memory, and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me hence do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say~
First and principally I commit my soul unto the hands of Almighty God, and my body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named, after my debts and funeral expenses are paid I desire and bequeath as follows.
I give and devise unto my wife Lena Zimmerman all of my estate both real and personal to hold
or dispose of as it seemth best to herself. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my dear
wife Lena Zimmerman to be my sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, ratifying and
confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament. In Testimony whereof I hereto
set my hand and seal this tenth day of April in the Year of our Lord
One thousand and eight hundred and seventy-four.

On the 7th day of Septemeber 1892 came James P. Dorsey and made oath on the Holy Evangely of
Almighty God that he does not know of any will or Codicl of William Zimmerman, late
of said County, deceased, other than the above instrument of Writing and that he received
the same from Lena Zimmerman on or abour the first day of September 1892:
