WILL (Intentions) of Henry Wilhelm of Baltimore County, Dated 13 Apr 1798, Proved 6 March 1799
Agreeable to the last request and desire of our father, Henry Wilhelm, now deceased which was as follows. That after payment of his lawful debts that his wife should have her third part and then the rest of his estate, both real and personal shall be equally divided among his children excepting the waggen and four oxen which he ordered should be equally divided among his sons, Henry, George, Peter, and his daughter Christiana and his wife, one cow which they have over and above the above mentioned part we the rest of his Children whose names are under written doth agree and by these presents, acknowledge to give up all our right title claims and interest in the above mentioned waggon and oxen and cow as above requested given under our hands the day and year written.

Baltimore County to wit on the 13 day of April 1798 came William Mathews and John Tracy and made oath that they heard Henry Wilhelm declare the aforesaid instrument of writting as his last will and desired that it should be received as such that at the time of his so doing, he was of sound mind and memory tho unable to sign his name.
