Last Will and Testamentl of Isaac Green of Baltimore County, Dated 4 March 1797, Proven 2 Aug 1800
I Isaac Green of Baltimore Co and State of MD being of sound mind . . ..I bequeath to my eldest son Shadrach Green the sum of 5 shillings and no more of my estate having given him all I intended.
I bequeath to my son Isaac Green my fulling mill with all ways and water courses. I bequeath to my three sons Meshach, Abednego and Isaac my dwelling plantation containing about 95 acres in Baltimore Co to be equally divided between them except the fulling mill as here before devised.
To Elijah Merryman all that part of my land before mentioned where the road now is leading from the said Merrymans Mill until it intersects the main road which passes by Mr. Burks and Mr. Nicholosons.
To son Isaac my negro woman Sophia, also 2 bay colts, my dining table, chest of drawers, one bed and furniture thereunto belonging and one red cow with the increase thereof.
To my four daughters Hannah Legit, Temperance Stevens and Belily Tebitt all the residue part of my estate to be equally divided.
I appoint my son Isaac Green and Walter Tebett joint executors. Signed 4 March 1797

The Following Deed is related to persons mentioned in the above will
This Indenture dated 4th October 1810 between John Ridgely of BCo and
Shadrach Green of the said county . . for 1119 and 6 shillings paid by
Shadrach Green, John Ridgely grants to Shadrach Green all that tract of land
in Baltimore Co called Taylors Purchase containing 1,000 acres of land
devised to John Ridgely by his father John Ridgely except that part of tract
heretofore sold to ELIJAH MERRYMAN NOW DECEASED and except that part of tract
sold by Ridgely to Abraham Green containing 265 acres which parts excepted
are not intended to pass.

Received of Shadrach Green 1119 and 6 shillings.
