Cross / Wooden Family Bible

The title page shows that the bible was printed by D. Fanshaw for the American Bible Society in 1829. The only writing on this page is at the top. It says "Wm. Cross."

The inside front cover also bears the writing: "William Cross" and the top of the next, otherwise blank page, bears the script "January 3, 1857 fifty cents."

Between the Old and New Testaments there are some pages sewn into the bible:
