Will - Seth WARFIELD - Appointment Refusal

I Elizabeth Warfield, widow of Seth Warfield, late of Anne Arundel County deceased. do hereby renounce all my right and claim to the administration on the Estate of said deceased, and at the same time pray letters of administration may be granted to Charles D. Warfield who is one of the largest Creditors. Witness my hand this 26th day of February 1837. Witne s, Reuben Warfield.
