I, Mary M. Redmiles, of Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in manner following that is to say.
1st - I give and bequeath to my son Harry E. Redmiles my bed and bedding in my bedroom.
2nd - I give and bequeath to my two daughters, Nettie M. Dicus and Bernice V. Hines all my remaining furniture now in the dwelling where I reside, said furniture to be divided equally between them.
3rd - I give and devise to my son Romes F. Redmiles and Allan F. Redmiles, my farm in Anne Arundel County, they to pay the mortgage now on the place, my formal expenses and any debts owed by me and are to pay to my son Harry E. Redmiles one hundred and fifty dollars one year from my death without interest, to Nettie M. Dicus one hundred and fifty dollars two years from my death without interest, to Brenton L. Redmiles one hundred and fifty dollars within three years of my death without interest, to Bernice V. Hines one hundred and fifty dollars within four years from my death without interest, and to Catherine Redmiles, wife of my son Romes F. Redmiles, one hundred and fifty dollars within five years from my death without interest, and the said Romes F. Redmiles to pay to Alan F. Redmiles two hundred dollars and when so paid, the said Alan T. Redmiles and Romes F. Redmiles to own the place in equal shares as tenants in common.
4th - I hereby constitute and appoint my son Romes F. Redmiles to be the Executor of my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all Wills and Codicils heretofore by me made and it is my desire that he be exempted from giving bond.
In Testimony Whereof, I have subscribed my name and affix my seal this 23rd day of May the year nineteen hundred and twelve.

presence within the presence of each other, have
hereunto subscribed their names as witnesses.

On the 2nd day of April 1913, came Romes F. Redmiles
and made oath in due form of law that he
does not know of any Will or Codicil of Mary M.
Redmiles late of said deceased, other than the above
instrument of writing, and he found the Will
among the private papers of the deceased and retained
the same in his custody until delivered to the Register
of Wills for probate and that the deceased departed
this life on or about the 15th day of April, 1913.

On the 29th day of April, 1913, came Maggie M.
Lowman and John M. Lowman, the two subscribing witnesses
to the aforegoing last Will and Testament of Mary
M. Redmiles, late of said County deceased, and made oath
delivered of law that they did see the Testatrix
sign and seal the Will; that they heard her
publish pronounce and declare the same to be her
last Will and Testaement, that at the time of her so doing she
was, to the best of their apprehension of sound and
disposing mind, memory and good standing
and that they together subscribed their names as
witnesses to this Will in her presence, at her request and
in the presence of each other.

The Court after having carefully examined the last Will
and Testament of Mary M. Redmiles late of said County
deceased and also the evidence attesting as to its
validity, Orders and Decrees this 29th day of April,
1913, that the same be admitted in this Court
as the true and genuine last Will and Testament
of said Mary M. Redmiles, deceased.
