In the name of God amen. I Richard Huggins of the County of Ann Arundell Planter in the Province of Maryland being Sick and weake in body but of perfect mind and memory the Lord be praised Do make and ordain this my last Will and testament in writing Revoakeing all former Wills by me made. (Viz) ~
Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Loving wife Ann Huggins all my whole Estate which I am now possessed of both reall and personall in what kind ______ quallity so as or to be at her disposing and do nominate and appoint my Wife sole and whole Executrix of this my Last Will & Testament in writing. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of February 1669 ~
