Winstead 24 Jan 1833; 2) Edwin Ruby to Fertina Winstead 22 Apr 1845; and 3) Lorenza D. Orr to Fertina Ruby 29 Nov 1853. According to "The Descendants of Samuel Winstead"by Martha Winstead, p 416-417, Fertina Winstead Ruby was the widow of John C. Winstead who died before 1845 and Edwin Ruby, who died 19 Apr 1849. Her parents were Beckley Jackson and Martha Brown; Fertina died 7 Aug 1866 and is buried at the Ruby Family Cemetery in Hopkins County.

Jackson, born 1868. The twins Martha H. and Beckley evidently did not survive until 1870. Another son, James Jackson, was born in 1870 and died in 1871. Thomas J. Jackson left a Webster Co will that was undated but was proven 16 Jul 1894. You can read it here. He died 9 Jul 1894 and is buried at Old Jackson Cemetery in Webster Co.
