Julia Ramsey's widow's dower is laid out (Webster Co KY Will Book 1, p 17). John L. Towsend is appt guardian to the infant children in 1860; two daughters have married since their father died in 1856: Francis Ramsey has married James White and Eliza Ramsey has married Elisha Marks and their husbands serve as their guardians. |
