Elder Henry Emmerson Todd, the son of Ruben Todd and Sarah/Sally Emmerson, was born in Hopkins County, KY and died in Webster County KY.

He married Catharine Lynn 24 Mar 1856 in Hopkins County KY and they are listed in the 1860 Webster County census and the 1870 Webster County census, with a large family. They were the parents of J.P. Todd and Ailcey Frances Hart, who are also buried in Todd Cemetery.

It should be noted that Elder A. Pearce, Elder Henry E. Todd and Elder M. B. Covington met at Little Zion Church in Webster County KY on the first day of May 1884 and proceeded to organize Little Zion Church of Christ, known by the name General Baptist.
