Slaterville Cemetery - Slaterville, Utah
It is unknown when the Slaterville Cemetery was first put into use or when
it was moved. Estimates put it around 1850-1865. I learned of the
Slaterville Cemetery when I was contacted by Keith and John Slater who had
been told the cemetery existed but the graves had been disinterred and
moved to Ogden Cemetery because of high water. They had been unable to
locate any reference to it or find anyone who knew anything about it. I
was able to locate the cemetery on a map and any indication of a cemetery
is definitely gone. I hope to visit the property soon.
